I am a Building Engineer that 5 yrs ago was diagnosed with IgM MGUS. Was told that it probably wouldn't change from that. Then a 3 1/2 years later, it progressed to a rare blood cancer that has a with an incidence rate of about 3 cases per million people per year in the United States.Cancer Info

With this cancer, people will tell me, "you look good" all the time. But the symptoms are very painful.
